Step 1: Choose Your Travel Type
At the top right‑hand corner of the website, select the type of travel you’re looking for, such as Cruise or Holiday Package. Once selected, search results will display the available options.
Step 2: Review Search Results
Each result is shown as a tile and includes key pricing information:
- Retail Price
- Member Price
- Your Savings
- For Classic Points members, the points required per person will also be displayed below the pricing
This allows you to easily compare options and see the value of your membership benefits.
Step 3: View Deal Details
Select View Deal on any tile to see a detailed overview of the booking, including inclusions, pricing, and eligibility.
Step 4: Make an Enquiry
If you’d like help or want to proceed, select Enquire Now and scroll down to see your contact options:
Phone Enquiry
- Enter your name
- Select phone option
- Choose your preferred callback day, either today or tomorrow
- Select a preferred time from the available default time slots
- Enter your phone number
- Add any enquiry details you’d like the team to review.
Once submitted, a member of the Classic Holidays team will call you back at your selected time.
This option allows you to speak directly with a consultant at a time that suits you.
Email Enquiry
- Select Email option
- Enter your email address
- Add your enquiry details and click submit
The team will respond to your enquiry by email.
Chat
- Click the chat icon located at the bottom right‑hand corner of the page.
- When you open the chat, you’ll be asked to complete a short form so the team can assist you more effectively. Please provide the following details:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- State (select from the dropdown list)
- Enquiry type (select from the dropdown list)
- Once these details are entered, you can initiate the conversation and a member of the Classic Holidays team will assist you with your enquiry.
